• The "Custom" area is limited to the size of a 9mm (that’s less than an inch) front panel – characters can be either alpha or numeric only
 
• Changes to the Design & Layout of the laser charm cannot be made
 
COMMERCIAL LASER ENGRAVING COMPANY:
• Custom laser engraving orders are couriered to the Commercial Laser Engraver once a week
 
• Custom laser orders are returned to us by the engraver within 5 days of engraving
 
• If for any reason the Commercial Laser Engraver cannot manufacture your order (such as excessive characters requested across the front 9mm panel), we’ll notify you promptly and a full refund will be made to your account
 
PRODUCTION TIMELINE:
- Courier to the engraver once a week
- Laser Engraver returns our order by courier within 5 days
- Your parcel will then be shipped within 24 hours after quality control review
